Jennifer Miotke is truly passionate about bringing people together and has been a matchmaker for more than 15 years. What makes her unique as a matchmaker is that she used dating services, dated online, and ultimately met her husband through a matchmaker. She is heavily connected in the matchmaking industry and regularly attends conferences with matchmakers and date coaches all over the country.

Over the last 10 years, Anna has contributed to our overall success in various capacities and has been a driving force in our ability to maintain the highest level of client satisfaction. In addition to creating meaningful matches with One on One, Anna’s main role is coordinating delicious Eight at Eight Dinner Club events in Atlanta. While artfully choosing charming restaurants and even more charming singles, Anna keeps her clients and colleagues smiling by being both sassy and genuine.

Emily is originally from the Midwest, but now considers Atlanta her home. She started at One on One in 2016 as an intern and has worked her way up to Matchmaker and Recruiter for VIP clients. She was even matchmade on a blind date by her co-worker, Anna, and married her perfect match in 2020. Her favorite part of working at One on One is helping clients with date coaching and teaching them the secret sauce of dating.

Lauren grew up in the northern suburbs of Atlanta, and she currently calls Duluth home. She is a proud alumna of Georgia Southwestern State University and Georgia Southern University, and she previously worked in university student engagement before joining the team at One on One and Eight at Eight. Whether setting up dates for clients or planning activities for family and friends, Lauren loves creating experiences that bring people together.
